The amount of memory depends on the type and number of websites you plan to host on the server. A single website with reasonable traffic can get by with 1 GB of memory. If you are hosting more than one website, we recommend choosing a minimum of 2 GB of memory. The minimum requirement for the cPanel control panel is 1 GB of memory, but as in many other cases, the minimum is often not enough for comfortable and smooth operation, so it is recommended to take at least 2 GB of memory.

The minimum disk space for a virtual server is 20 GB. This space is intended for server operating systems. When using cPanel and wanting to run backups, twice the amount of free storage space is required, as cPanel stores the backups on the server.

We offer a variety of operating systems for immediate installation and recommend Debian. You can request the installation of a different operating system at no additional cost. Please note: The cPanel control panel does not work on Debian, only on CentOS. DTC will not work on CentOS, only on Debian.

We offer a remote backup service, so backups are made on a remote server in a different server farm. This method provides an additional layer of protection for your website. In the event of a serious malfunction (hacking and vandalism of the website, a problem with the server or server farm), there is always a backup available that allows the server to be restored quickly.
The service provides daily, weekly, and monthly backups at a cost of $3 per 10 GB.
Important to remember! If you do not perform manual backups yourself or purchase the automatic backup service, there will be no way to restore the website in the event of data deletion or other malfunction.

Server management is an integral part of our service, and we do not charge extra for it. You can receive advice and guidance regarding recommended software, settings, open source solutions, etc. In addition, you can purchase system and programming services. The price per hour of work is 200 NIS (including VAT).
